Awers: Na płacie białym o wymiarach 65 cm, x 65 cm. krzyż czerwony o wzorze Krzyża Kawalerskiego z kręgiem pośrodku, na którym wy haftowano emblemat Polski Walczącej, na tle Syreny Warszawskiej. Kotwica otoczona wieńcem laurowym z napisem po obu stronach: 'Syrena'. U góry napis: 'Armia Krajowa', u dołu: 'Inspektorat Poznań'. Sztandar obszyty frędzlami srebrnymi o długości 6 cm. Drzewce sztandaru zakończone grotem - z jednej strony na grocie orzeł, na drugiej emblemat Polski Walczącej - kotwica. Rewers: Na białym tle Krzyż Maltański koloru, czerwonego. W kręgu krzyża Matka Boska Częstochowska. Wokół napis wyhaftowany złotymi nićmi: 'Bóg - Honor - Ojczyzna' Płat sztandaru wykonany z jedwabiu, obramowany srebrną taśmą i obszyty srebrnymi frędzlami. '
