Nad wizerunkiem Matki Boskiej napis /łukiem/ 'Bóg,Honor,Ojczyzna' w złotym kolorze. Lewa strona płachty, Orzeł /godło/ na tle amaratowym, wg. wzoru zatwierdzonego przez Sejm i Senat w lutym 1990r. w dolnych rogach herb Rzeszowa orzeł w wieńcu laurowym, /złotym/,oraz napis srebrny: Światowy Związek Żołnierzy Armii Krajowej - Oddział w Rzeszowie frędzle z trzech stron płachty o 5-cio centymetrowej szerokości w kolorze złotym.
