Awers: Krzyż równoramienny /Maltański/ w kolorze czerwonym na białym tle. W środku płata Krzyż Armii Krajowej, haftowany ręcznie srebrną nicią na czerwonym tle. Na górnym ramieniu Krzyża -napis złotą nicią haftowany: 'Światowy Związek Żołnierzy' na bocznych ramionach: 'Armii' - 'Krajowej' u dołu: 'Inspektorat Ostrowski'. W dolnych narożach znajdują się dwa herby: - miasta Ostrowa Wielkopolskiego, haftowany ręcznie w kolorach: złotym i niebieskim 60 p.p., stacjonującego do 1939 roku w Ostrowie Wielkopolskim - haftowany srebrną nicią i niebiesko złota tarczą. Rewers: Tak jak na awersie czerwony Krzyż /Maltański/ na białym tle. W środku Krzyża otoczony niedomkniętym wieńcem laurowym w złotym kolorze - haftowany ręcznie srebrną nicią Orzeł w złotej koronie. Na ramionach Krzyża złote napisy: u góry 'Bóg' po lewej stronie 'Honor' - po prawej 'Ojczyzna' u dołu: 1939 - 1945.Drzewce - z orłem u szczytu. Sztandar obramowany złotą taśmą z frędzlami. '
